Here are three reasons why the Los Angeles Rams were one of the big winners from Week 7.

With all due respect to the San Francisco 49ers, there weren’t that many football fans that believed the team would have a chance to take down the Los Angeles Rams in Week 7, even if they nearly pulled off an upset the week before over the Green Bay Packers. At the end of the day, this Rams team is on a completely different level than the 49ers right now, and it showed on Sunday when seeing how Sean McVay‘s squad had little trouble getting by during their 39-10 win.

Even though Los Angeles got off to a slow start by only scoring three points in the first quarter, they eventually got their act together by building a 22-7 lead at halftime before eventually closing out the contest in the second half. One can only imagine the high level of frustration if the Rams had ended up on the losing end, but at least there’s no reason to look back wondering what if since all that truly matters is they finished on the winning end.

Of course, if Jimmy Garoppolo were healthy instead of being forced to watch from the sidelines after suffering a torn ACL, the outcome of this game could have been much different when looking at how he makes everyone around him better. But since it was the Rams who ended up with the victory, here are three reasons why McVay and company deserve to be viewed as one of the biggest winners from Week 7 before preparing for their next battle at home on Sunday when the Green Bay Packers come to town.
