The Los Angeles Rams and Green Bay Packers square off in a Week 8 matchup that could produce a lot of points.

Week 8 arrives as the marker for the halfway point of the season and for the Los Angeles Rams, it brings one of the games most storied franchises in the Green Bay Packers and sure fire Hall of Famer Aaron Rodgers to the equally storied LA Coliseum.

The Packers are a curious 3-2-1 in 2018, and have looked uneven this season.

It’s a totally different story for the Rams who are undefeated at 7-0 and are considered a team capable of 16-0 and maybe even better come the postseason.

For Green Bay it’s a chance to find some needed consistency on a season that shows them underachieving through six games. Luckily for them, so long as Rodgers is under center they have an opportunity to get right quickly.

As for Los Angeles, all systems are working as they should, and as they get healthier with key players like kicker Greg Zuerlein back in Week 7 and Cooper Kupp in the next couple of weeks, the firepower Sean McVay has enjoyed should keep the winning ways on track.

Rodgers will be the best quarterback the Rams have seen this season, meaning that getting to 8-0 will be no small task, but with a potential MVP in Todd Gurley at their disposal, 8-0 is not out of the question.
