Here are three reasons why the Los Angeles Rams should consider themselves on upset alert for Week 8 when they face the Green Bay Packers.
More than ever, the Los Angeles Rams are facing plenty of pressure heading into their Week 8 meeting with the Green Bay Packers since they happen to be the only undefeated team remaining in the NFL. Whether they want to hear it or not, the Rams won’t be able to avoid all of the talk surrounding their undefeated run, and how much longer it will last since it’s always entertaining to see if any team will ever match the 1972 Miami Dolphins.
Talent wise, there’s every reason to believe that Los Angeles has what it takes to join Miami in the history books, although all that really matters is whether the team manages to win the Super Bowl since this the top goal. But if the Rams are going to have any chance of making this happen, they will need to figure out a way to get by the Packers this weekend first.
Year after year, Green Bay is always considered one of the top contenders in the NFL since Aaron Rodgers is one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time for a reason. And even though things haven’t always been smooth for the Packers at times in 2018, deep down the Rams know they will most likely be in the hunt for a playoff spot come winter time.
Los Angeles has faced plenty of tough challenges over the last two months, and there’s no question Green Bay will be right up there with the rest of them. So while the Rams may be the favorites heading into this contest, here are three reasons why they should consider themselves on upset alert for their game against the Packers in Week 8.
