2. Rams have been giving up big points to contenders

Sitting on top of the league with a 7-0 record at the moment has the Rams feeling great right now, but there have been a few close calls along the way in contests they easily could have finished on the losing end of. Then again, the fact that Los Angeles was able to pull through to win these close games shows just how special of a team they really are, although it would be better to see the defense keep opponents out of the end zone more in these contests.

Look at the team’s two wins a few weeks ago over the Minnesota Vikings and Seattle Seahawks in which the Rams allowed both of them to put up 31 points, which could mean bad news when facing a team like the Packers. Just like the Vikings and Seahawks, the Packers are loaded with weapons for Rodgers to work with on offense, meaning the Rams’ defense will certainly have their hands full throughout the afternoon.

Chances are, this meeting between Los Angeles and Green Bay could very well turn into a shootout if any of the previous games are any indication of what fans should expect. Obviously, the Rams want to keep the Packers out of the end zone as much as possible, but if it does end up turning into a shootout, they just need to hope Jared Goff finds a way to end up with more points on offense than Rodgers and company.
