The Seattle Seahawks are posted as a -9.5 dog in Week 10 against the Los Angeles Rams. That said, expect LA to put up a lot of points against the Seahawks and quarterback Russell Wilson to do the same.

Sure Wilson only threw for 198 yards in that Week 5 game, but he also tossed three touchdown passes and kept his team in it until late in the fourth quarter, where the Rams needed a short conversion on fourth down to secure a win.

That’s no indictment of the Rams, but it does mean that a good quarterback can give LA fits, especially ones who can throw the ball. If the game in New Orleans is any indication, and if a three touchdown day previously means anything, it’s that the Los Angeles secondary can be had. A good QB like Wilson will exploit that.

Also, while the numbers from Wilson aren’t gaudy in that Week 5 game, solid QB’s like Aaron Rodgers and Drew Brees are a good example of where Los Angeles struggles. Rodgers threw for 286 and Brees for another 346.

As discussed, the Rams defense is soft. A veteran like Wilson will find ways to hang around and make some plays. Expect Wilson to do just that, and have a good Sunday.
