3. Better play in first quarter

Over the last two games, the Rams haven’t exactly done the best job when it comes to getting off to good starts, as both the Saints and Green Bay Packers had little trouble scoring right away in each of their contests. Nobody needs to explain to Los Angeles just how difficult it can be to fight back early on in games they happen to be trailing in, and with Russell Wilson‘s ability, the last thing they can afford is to allow Seattle to get off to a hot start.

On paper, the Rams may seem like the better team at the moment over the Seahawks, but as mentioned before, they only lost by two points the first time around, and could be motivated more than ever since falling below .500 would put them in a real tough position in the playoff race.

In other words, if Seattle finds similar success like New Orleans and Green Bay when it comes to scoring early on in the first quarter, Los Angeles could find themselves in trouble. Keeping a mobile quarterback like Wilson in check is never easy, but luckily the Rams have done it before since they’re quite familiar in facing the Seahawks star thanks to playing twice a year.
