Here are three storylines for what should be an epic showdown to cap off Week 11 between the Los Angeles Rams and Kansas City Chiefs.

After weeks of waiting and being patient, the matchup football fans have been dreaming of will finally get underway on Monday night when the Los Angeles Rams host the Kansas City Chiefs in the final game of Week 11. With both teams currently looking like a serious Super Bowl contender with a 9-1 record, one can only imagine the intensity that will take place in this game, as this will easily be the toughest challenge for the Rams to date.

Just because Los Angeles is sitting on top of the NFC West at the moment along with having a golden opportunity to lock up the division in the next few weeks doesn’t mean this year has been all that smooth. Sure, the Rams’ offense led by Jared Goff and Todd Gurley has been quite impressive for the second year in a row, but the defense hasn’t been all that great when it comes to preventing opponents from putting up points, which is why there is some concerns heading into Monday’s game.

Week 10 against the Seattle Seahawks in which Los Angeles allowed 31 points is just one of many examples of how the defense has struggled at times throughout the 2018 season. And when seeing how Patrick Mahomes II already has 31 touchdown passes to his name, one can only imagine what could happen once this game against the Chiefs gets underway for the Rams.
