The Los Angeles Rams 54-51 win over the Kansas City Chiefs managed to live up to all the hype. How did some of the individual stars fare in the huge Monday Night match-up?

The Los Angeles Rams and the Kansas City Chiefs Week 11 match-up lived up to all the hype and bluster a regular season prime-time game can. It likely exceeded expectations as it more resembled a playoff game in November than anything you’d normally see during the 17 week schedule.

But last night just had a different feel, and if you came away loving what you saw, or lamenting the high score as a gimmick, you definitely found something to talk about.

With the Rams winning 54-51, they are able to keep pace with the only to have beaten them so far, the New Orleans Saints. They also served notice that despite the defensive challenges they have (those still exist), at the very least the gunslinger that is Los Angeles quarterback Jared Goff can match anyone throw for throw and touchdown for touchdown.

All that said, a game like this also has losers beyond the team on the scoreboard. A couple of MVP races weren’t necessarily decided, but they did suffer a setback.

Week 11 in the Coliseum was something to behold for sixty minutes. It also decided little other than a lot of fans wouldn’t mind seeing a rematch come Super Bowl Sunday.
