2. Detroit’s offensive line could struggle

Throughout his career, Matthew Stafford has unfortunately taken numerous big hits as a result of a struggling offensive line on numerous occasions, and the 2018 season is no different.

Just look at what happened a few weeks when Detroit lost to the Minnesota Vikings in which Stafford was the victim of being sacked 10 times, and it’s easy to see why members of defense on Los Angeles must be licking their chops over Sunday’s game.

If a team like the Vikings were able to find this much success in sacking Stafford, one can only imagine what a defensive line consisting of Aaron Donald and Ndamukong Suh will be able to accomplish.

While Donald has already set a new career high in sacks heading into Week 13, Suh continues to show he was a great addition to this defense, and will be playing with revenge on his mind after spending the first five years of his career with the Lions.

No matter how hard Stafford tries, he most likely won’t be able to escape the impact made by both Donald and Suh plowing through the defensive line. And if this happens to be the case, it will only make life easier for the Rams on offense.
