1. Night to forget for Goff

Over the last two years, the Rams have been fortunate enough to see Jared Goff elevate his game to a whole new level, with McVay’s offense being one of the main reasons as to why.

In fact, there’s a good chance that if everything goes according to plan over the next couple of years, Los Angeles is going to have a quarterback in Goff who may even find his name in the MVP conversation each season.

With that being said, as great as Goff has been dating back to the 2017 season, the Rams also received a friendly reminder about how their young quarterback is still young and learning when it comes to playing in games like Sunday against the Bears.

Blame it on the cold weather. Even blame it on Chicago’s defense being one of the best in the league.

Whatever the reason, Los Angeles has to remember there are still a few areas in which Goff isn’t as experienced, and while it was frustrating to see him toss four interceptions during Week 14, these kind of games happen.

All things considered, it would be foolish for the Rams or any of their fans to feel panicked over Goff being able to lead this team to a serious run come playoff time. If anything, what took place on Sunday can be used as a learning experience for Goff to make sure he improves the rest of the way for Los Angeles.
