Here are three reasons the Los Angeles Rams should be concerned after another loss in Week 15 to the Philadelphia Eagles.
One week after receiving a major wake-up call on the road during a loss to the Chicago Bears, a meeting at home against the struggling Philadelphia Eagles seemed like a dream matchup for the Los Angeles Rams.
Between Carson Wentz being ruled out with a back injury along with the Eagles dealing with all sorts of injuries on both sides of the football, there’s a reason why the Rams entered the game as such heavy favorites over the defending champions.
Turns out, Philadelphia actually looked like the defending champions for a change, and played some of their best football when it mattered the most to pull off the 30-23 win over Los Angeles.
All of a sudden, all of the confidence surrounding the Rams being a heavy contender in the NFC has quickly shifted to a team in need of figuring things out over these next couple of weeks before it’s too late.
Sitting in the No. 2 seed at the moment obviously still puts Los Angeles in great position to earn a first-round bye, but also this loss to Philadelphia was the last thing Sean McVay‘s team needed to happen during Week 15.
For the first time all season, the Rams don’t look like the heavy favorites in the NFC that many expected to make a run at the Super Bowl, as they clearly have some things to figure out before January.
In fact, after Sunday’s loss to the Eagles, here are three reasons the Rams should be concerned after looking at numerous key factors.
