3 concerns for potential Rams matchup with Cowboys in Divisional Round

While the Los Angeles Rams wait to see the results of Sunday’s game between the Chicago Bears and Philadelphia Eagles, let’s look at three potential concerns if they end up facing the Dallas Cowboys in the Divisional Round.

Thanks to finishing the regular season on a high note by winning their final two games, the Los Angeles Rams were fortunate enough to be one of four teams off this weekend, as the NFC West champions continue to wait to see who their first playoff opponent is in the Divisional Round.

Depending on what happens on Sunday with the Chicago Bears and Philadelphia Eagles, the Rams know they will get to host either the NFC North champions or the Dallas Cowboys, who came through with the big 24-22 win over the Seattle Seahawks on Saturday.

For the sake of this article, let’s have some fun, and conduct a hypothetical situation in which the Eagles end up defeating the Bears, which means it would be the Cowboys the Rams get to face next Saturday night in front of a national audience.

As great as it is to have the advantage of playing this game at home in front of their own fans, Los Angeles knows this meeting with Dallas is going to be far from easy.

Just like the Rams, many viewed the Cowboys of one of those teams that nobody should want to play in January when seeing the talent they have to work with on both sides of the football.
