Here are three reasons why the Los Angeles Rams could end up blowing out the New England Patriots on Sunday during Super Bowl 53.

In a few days from now, the Los Angeles Rams will take on the New England Patriots in Atlanta for the chance to be crowned Super Bowl 53 champions, which would be amazing when taking into consideration where this team was three years ago.

Back in 2017 when the Rams hired Sean McVay as the youngest head coach in NFL history, the team seemed like they would need at least a year or two to go through the rebuilding stage before they could even consider being part of the contender conversation.

Instead, Los Angeles wasted no time proving just how great of a head coach McVay was by quickly becoming a top contender in the NFC thanks to back-to-back NFC West titles along with a trip to the Super Bowl this season.

As for what to expect on Sunday, there are plenty of reasons for a team like the Rams to be concerned, whether it has to do with the fact that most of their players are inexperienced when it comes to playing in the big game while this marks the third year in a row for the Patriots.

However, Los Angeles didn’t come all this way for nothing, as this team would love nothing more than to show the football world they deserve to be the champions by defeating New England in the biggest game of the McVay era.

After seeing how these two teams compare on paper, there’s every reason to believe this battle between the Rams and Patriots could very well come down to one of the final drives in the fourth quarter to provide fans with plenty of excitement.

Then again, when looking at how well Los Angeles has played so far in the postseason along with the talent McVay has to work with, could this turn out to be one of those games in which New England ends up being on the wrong end of a blowout?
