3. Gurley should return to normal ways
Should the Rams consider themselves lucky for managing to escape with a win over the New Orleans Saints in the NFC Championship when Gurley was limited to just four carries for 10 yards with a touchdown?

Without question, the answer is yes since one can only imagine where the offense would have been if it weren’t for C.J. Anderson, but at least the Super Bowl is the perfect opportunity for Gurley to redeem himself.
McVay made it clear Gurley’s knee wasn’t the issue during that game, as it appeared the running back just got off to a poor start after dropping two key passes early on. So assuming that Gurley returns to his normal ways by contributing as both a runner and receiver, this will make Goff’s life much easier under center.
Most quarterbacks would do anything to have a reliable running back like Goff has with Gurley, and what makes this relationship even more special is these two are only scratching the surface of what will hopefully be amazing careers playing together.
Before jumping too far ahead of course, both Goff and Gurley are fully focused on making sure the Rams finish out on top in the Super Bowl to show they are in fact the better team than the Patriots.
