Shamar Stephen

After spending the first four years of his career as a member of the Minnesota Vikings, Shamar Stephen joined the Seattle Seahawks last season, although the defensive tackle could be on the move once again.

Without question, the argument can be made that 2018 was the best year of Stephen’s career, which could potentially land him quite a deal in the open market if he didn’t return to the Seahawks.

Between starting 15 of 16 games for Seattle along with recording two sacks (believe it or not, a career high), Stephen seems determined to build off his successful 2018 campaign. And if Stephen was able to make the kind of impact he did with the Seahawks, just imagine what kind of work he could accomplish playing in a defense like the Rams.

While Los Angeles is expected to make an attempt to bring Ndamukong Suh back for another year, the team also realizes the difficulty in this since the veteran will most likely be looking for another big payday, mean Stephen could make an interesting option if needed.

Stephen is nowhere close to being on the same level as someone like Suh, but as mentioned before, just having the depth on defense could be big for the Rams.
