1. Adrian Amos

Looking back, Adrian Amos could be considered one of the biggest steals from the draft back in 2015 since Chicago managed to land the safety in the fifth round, and started all 16 games as a rookie.

The Bears know that when it comes to upcoming free agents worth re-signing, Amos is one of the top players on their list, but also things could be difficult since chances are he’s going to be looking for quite a hefty new contract, and using the franchise tag may not be the best option.

Since Lamarcus Joyner didn’t exactly live up to the hype last season for the Rams after the team decided to use the franchise tag on him, there’s a good chance they allow the safety to test the open market since his asking price could end up being too high.

Does this mean Amos should be ruled out if money becomes an issue? Well, with all due respect to Joyner, if Los Angeles were to choose between the two, Amos seems like the better option, and would be worth paying the heftier contract if needed.

Then again, since the Rams would most likely need to compete with a few other teams willing to offer Amos more money, it will be interesting to see how this would play out if it were to become a possible signing.
