2. Marcus Martin

Despite failing to play a single game for the Cowboys in 2018 as a result of a torn ligament in his big toe, would Dallas be willing to give Marcus Martin another chance to prove his value next season?

As tough as this situation was for the Cowboys to deal with since they never really got to see Martin in action, this could also make a case to keep him around as well.

Having the necessary depth to the offensive line is a huge factor for every team since protecting the quarterback is always a top priority, whether it happens to be the Rams or Cowboys.

Adding another lineman like Martin may not fill the entire void to the unit if the team finds themselves in a tough position if Andrew Whitworth retires or Rodger Saffold leaves in free agency, but at least this would be better than nothing.

More than ever, Martin seems like the kind of player who will be extra motivated to bounce back strong to prove doubters wrong that he does in fact have what it takes to play in the NFL since he hasn’t suited up for a regular season game since 2016 when he was with the San Francisco 49ers.
