2. Green Bay Packers

When it comes to some of the biggest surprises from the last two seasons, Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers failing to make the playoffs each year ranks right near the top of the list.

In previous seasons prior to 2017, the Packers were always one of those teams that seemed to be a guarantee to earn at least a Wild Card spot in the NFC thanks to Rodgers leading one of the league’s most high-powered offenses.

Unfortunately, injuries to Rodgers on top of coaching issues resulted in Green Bay taking a step back over the last two seasons, but at least their chances to turn things around in 2019 seem high, assuming Rodgers can stay healthy.

With Randall Cobb expected to be on the move, the Packers are still fortunate to have one of the league’s most dangerous receivers in Davante Adams, who continues to prove he’s a touchdown machine.

Of course, a team like Green Bay could always use help beyond a star like Adams, and with the Packers having two picks in the first round for this year’s draft, they may have more to offer the Steelers in a potential trade for Brown than other teams, making them a strong candidate.
