2. Adrian Phillips

Adrian Phillips is another one of those great stories about a player who went undrafted back in 2014 before signing with the Chargers, and has managed to be with the team over the last five seasons.

Even more exciting, Phillips is coming off his first career Pro Bowl season in 2018 after starting seven of 16 games while recording one interception, and nine passes deflected to just add to the reasons why he deserved to come on board when he did in 2014.

Plus, thanks to the impressive play by Phillips during his career year with the Chargers, this will most likely result in a hefty pay raise, whether it happens to be with the team or another suitor like the Rams.

Phillips is already earning recognition as a potential steal for the upcoming free agency period, and there’s no question that he would benefit from playing in a system like the Rams with plenty of talent to already work with.

Of course, money will most likely be the major deciding factor over where Phillips ends up for the 2019 season, but at least if he were to go from the Chargers to the Rams, the moving process would be easy to handle.
