5 offensive lineman for Los Angeles Rams to consider after 2019 NFL Combine

Here are five offensive lineman for the Los Angeles Rams to consider after Day 1 of the 2019 NFL Combine.
Before focusing most of their attention on free agency, the Los Angeles Rams along with the other 31 teams are currently participating in the NFL Combine in Indianapolis to see which players will be worth keeping an eye on from now until April’s draft.
Talent wise, this event is always fun for football players and fans since it’s amazing to look at the talent these younger guys possess, whether it has to do with their blazing speed or athletic strength.
After a few days of checking in and what not, the field drills part of the combine finally got underway on Friday for offensive lineman, running backs, and special teams. While there’s always the slim chance of the Rams going with a running back come April since the position isn’t exactly a top need at the moment, it was the offensive lineman that was part of the main focus for the NFC champions on Friday since the unit could use some new rookies.
Without question, the announcement in regards to Andrew Whitworth returning to the team for the 2019 season was the best news Los Angeles could have received this offseason after looking at how valuable the veteran has been over the last two years.
However, the Rams are well aware that it’s only a matter of time before Whitworth does in fact call it a career by retiring, and when taking this into consideration with the fact that Rodger Saffold is most likely on his way out, it’s no wonder offensive line is a need for Los Angeles.
As for the events of Friday, it’s time to have a little fun in honor of this year’s combine to see which offensive lineman deserve consideration from the Rams after participating in the event.
