5 defensive options still available for Los Angeles Rams to consider in 2019
By Dan Parzych
The Los Angeles Rams still have plenty of great candidates worth consideration in free agency for the 2019 season.
Even though they haven’t been as busy as some of the other teams across the league, the Los Angeles Rams have been weighing all sorts of options to put the team in better position to make another run at the Super Bowl during the 2019 season.
Before the new league officially got underway on Wednesday, the Rams were making a few key moves such as convincing Dante Fowler Jr. to return on a one-year deal and placing a second-round tender Cory Littleton.
However, Los Angeles is nowhere even close to being done in free agency since the team could still has a few players that deserve consideration of returning, whether it includes Ndamukong Suh on defense or C.J. Anderson in the backfield with Todd Gurley.
As much as the Rams would love to see both players return for another year, deep down the team understands the business side of it all, and how both individuals could end up being too expensive to bring back.
Of course, Los Angeles certainly wouldn’t mind if either one of these players ended up coming back at the right price, but also they realize the importance of making sure other areas are addressed as well, especially on the defensive side of the football.
With free agency officially in full swing, here are a few names that are still available for the Rams to consider signing on the defensive side of the football to put them in better position to make another run at the Super Bowl.
