5. Trevor Siemian

Before any fan freaks out over the thought of someone like Trevor Siemian coming on board after seeing how things played out with the Denver Broncos, keep in mind the circumstances would be much different in Los Angeles.

For starters, Siemian would have the opportunity to work with one of the best in Sean McVay, who is well known for his history of quarterback development, and has helped Goff elevate his game to new levels over the previous two seasons.

Would this mean that McVay would be able to get Siemian on the same level as Goff? As exciting as that would be for obvious reasons, Siemian is nowhere even close to being on the same level as Goff, and it doesn’t look like he ever will be.

With that being said, this doesn’t mean the Rams should avoid Siemian since for all they know, a system run by McVay could finally help the Northwestern product get his game on the right track.

Then again, it seems like the only way Los Angeles would even consider the possibility of Siemian is if desperation kicked in with other available quarterbacks ending up elsewhere, meaning any Rams fans worried about this shouldn’t panic too much.
