18. Pittsburgh Steelers

Where to even begin with the Pittsburgh Steelers this offseason? While the Steelers already knew that Le’Veon Bell would be on his way out after sitting out all of last season over being unhappy with his contract, the team ended up trading Antonio Brown to the Oakland Raiders as well.

Never in a million years could anyone ever have imagined around this time last year that Pittsburgh would be without two of their top weapons on offense heading into the 2019 season, but this is exactly the case.

The Steelers can believe their offense will be just fine without the presence of Brown and Bell, but this doesn’t erase the concerns surrounding the team, as it will be interesting to see how the team recovers in 2019, especially after missing out on the playoffs.

Clearly, there’s more going on behind the scenes in Pittsburgh that led to both players being on their way out, and whether Ben Roethlisberger wants to hear it or not, the veteran quarterback will be facing a whole new level of pressure next year.

Big Ben has taken plenty of heat for the way things played out with his former teammates, so it’s up to him to prove that he can still lead this team with both Brown and Bell out of the picture.
