Week 8: Cincinnati Bengals (Home/London)

London will be calling the Rams once again to continue their deal for the international series until the new stadium is built, and this Week 8 meeting with the Cincinnati Bengals will have extra meaning since the team will face Zac Taylor.

After spending the previous two years in Los Angeles as the assistant wide receivers coach and quarterbacks coach, Taylor was hired as the new head coach in Cincinnati after the team finally decided to move on from Marvin Lewis.

As bad as it sounds, the decision to move on from Lewis seems like something that should have taken place years ago, but at least a fresh start with an offensive-minded coach like Taylor puts the Bengals in great position to get back on track.

Taylor may not have the same kind of weapons to work with in Cincinnati as Los Angeles, and the Rams will most likely be listed as heavy favorites in Week 8, but also this isn’t a game to take lightly with the friendly revenge factor coming into play.

Obviously, Taylor has nothing against the Rams since the team helped him land the job with the Bengals, but there’s always a little extra motivation in these kinds of situations to beat a former team, so Los Angeles will need to be extra cautious.
