2. Marlon Humphrey

Last offseason, the cornerback position was one of the biggest questions surrounding the Rams before the team pulled off two separate trades to land them a new duo in Marcus Peters and Aqib Talib.

While Talib’s veteran experience alone was enough to convince Los Angeles to bring him on board, Peters had proven to be a turnover machine during his time spent with the Kansas City Chiefs, whether it was recording interceptions or forcing fumbles.

Rightfully so, expectations will be high for this duo in 2019, but what the situation will be like beyond next season is still a mystery for the Rams since both players are entering the final year of their contracts.

With this in mind, it wouldn’t be a bad idea for Los Angeles to look ahead to the future, and consider additional options just in case, which is where Marlon Humphrey could come into play.

Based off his level of play from the previous two seasons, the Ravens are smart enough to know that a trade involving Humphrey would almost need to be too good to turn down.

Since Humphrey was a former first-round pick from 2017, chances are the Rams would need to give up a pretty high draft pick if this were to happen, although it’s safe to say this would seem well worth it.
