1. Jalen Ramsey

Over the last couple of years, Jalen Ramsey hasn’t been shy about his belief in being one of the top cornerbacks in the NFL, and the back-to-back Pro Bowl appearances will certainly back the claim up.

During the 2017 season, Ramsey was one of the main reasons behind the success surrounding the Jaguars emerging as a top defensive unit in the league, and while it would seem unlikely that Jacksonville would be willing to move on, his name has been thrown around trade talks before.

Right away, the one factor Rams fans will immediately point out in regards to Ramsey is how any potential trade would most likely result in the team needing to break the bank over a potential new contract.

For the second year in a row, Los Angeles will be rolling with the duo of Marcus Peters and Aqib Talib at cornerback, but with both players entering the final year of their deals, what will take place beyond 2019 is uncertain at the moment.

Most likely, the Rams will try to keep Peters around since Talib is getting up there in age, but imagine if the team pulled off another late offseason surprise by acquiring Ramsey.

Long shot or not, it’s still fun to think about what kind of impact Ramsey, and his trash talk would have on defense for the Rams since the talent alone makes this seem worth the risk.
