2. Kiser named starter at linebacker

Similar to Joseph-Day, Micah Kiser was another late-round selection for the Rams during the draft in 2018, but unlike his teammate, the Virginia product ended up playing in every single game as a rookie.

Kiser many not have earned an official start during his first season in Los Angeles, but the potential displayed as a rookie gave the Rams plenty of reasons to be excited about what the future could hold for the young linebacker.

Around this time last year, linebacker was considered one of the positions with some questions for Los Angeles, but on a positive note, the team appears to be in much better shape heading into 2019.

Between Dante Fowler Jr. hoping to prove he’s worth keeping around for the long run along with Cory Littleton coming off a Pro Bowl campaign, the Rams appear to be in much better shape at linebacker.

Not to mention, with Kiser currently listed as a starter, the defense could end up in even better shape if all goes according to plan for Los Angeles.

The Rams knew all along that selecting Kiser last year was considered more of a long-term move, and now that’s currently viewed as a starter, it’s time for the linebacker to show he’s ready to take on the responsibility.
