1. Marcus Peters

Picking up the fifth-year option for Peters when they did was an easy decision for the Rams at the time, but whether the cornerback is worth keeping around for the long run is a different story.

Since Los Angeles has been handing out contract extensions left and right over the last two seasons, fans have been closely paying attention to see if Peters would end up receiving one as well, or if the team was using the cornerback as a rental for 2019.

Last year, the Rams made a move out of nowhere with the Kansas City Chiefs to acquire Peters, mainly because he was a machine at creating turnovers, and was working his way into the conversation of being one of the top young players on the rise at the position.

But with Peters not always being consistent on top of the hefty price tag that may come in order to keep him around for the long run, it’s hard not to wonder if the Rams have considered the possibility of swapping cornerbacks with the Jaguars for Ramsey.

If Los Angeles were to compare the two cornerbacks, Ramsey would be the way better option over Peters, and could even help the defense remain in great shape for years to come.

Long shot or not, just the idea of each team exchanging one of their top cornerbacks seems like it would be the best for both parties involved, right?
