21. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were hoping to see the momentum from the win over the Los Angeles Rams carry over to Sunday’s meeting with the New Orleans Saints since they knew this would be another difficult matchup.

Unfortunately, the Saints ended up being too much for Bruce Arians and company after the Buccaneers fell to their rivals 31-24 to drop Tampa Bay’s record to 2-3 on the season.

Plenty of factors came into play for this loss, but it’s difficult to top the frustration surrounding Mike Evans going the entire game without a single catch.

Thanks to his massive size and strength, Evans tends to have an advantage over opposing defenses since the wideout usually just needs the football thrown in his direction to make a big play.

Even with Chris Godwin coming through with another monster performance after catching seven passes for 125 yards with two touchdowns, there should never be a game in which Evans fails to record a single reception.

For all the Buccaneers know, a few key catches from Evans could have found a way to make a difference in this loss, but unfortunately all Tampa Bay can do is use this as motivation for their trip to London to take on the Carolina Panthers.
