18. Arizona Cardinals (21)

For a team that was expected to go through a year of rebuilding while Kyler Murray adjusted to playing in the NFL, who ever would have though the Arizona Cardinals of all teams would enter Week 8 on a three-game winning streak?

Clearly, Murray has a few areas in need of improvement like most rookie quarterbacks in the league, but just the fact that Arizona is 3-3-1 after Sunday’s win over the New York Giants should be viewed as a huge accomplishment.

Back in the offseason, the Cardinals faced a difficult decision with the top overall pick since it seemed foolish to go with Murray one year after using a first rounder on Josh Rosen, even if the Oklahoma product was the better option.

But after seeing how effective Murray has been on top of the Miami Dolphins willing to bring Rosen on board through a trade, thank goodness the Cardinals made this decision back in the spring.

Even if some critics will make the case that all three wins have come against teams with losing records, Arizona isn’t in a position where they can afford to be picky over victories.

Defeating the New Orleans Saints on the road in Week 8 will be far from easy, but this Cardinals team is playing with all sorts of confidence at the moment, meaning anything is possible.

Also, how great was Chase Edmunds (126 rushing  yards with three touchdowns) filling in for David Johnson during this win?
