13. Los Angeles Rams (18)

One can only imagine what kind of pressure the Rams would have been feeling heading into their Week 8 trip to London to face the Cincinnati Bengals if they suffered a fourth loss in a row to the Falcons, but at least it’s a non-issue.

Leading up to Sunday, most of the talk surrounding Los Angeles was how the team pulled off the incredible trade with the Jacksonville Jaguars to acquire Jalen Ramsey to help improve their passing defense.

For the most part, Ramsey deserves a ton of credit for keeping Julio Jones in check, but it was the improved play on offense that will have Rams excited heading into Week 8, especially Jared Goff.

In a way, it’s been unfair for Goff to receive most of the blame for the struggles on offense since the offensive line, and lack of support in the ground game played roles in the unit struggling to put up points.

After watching Goff finish Sunday’s game with three total touchdowns (one rushing) to help Los Angeles take down Atlanta, hopefully this was the kind of game the former No. 1 pick needed in order to boost his level of confidence.

Otherwise, it’s going to be difficult for the Rams to keep things close in the NFC West race.
