31. Miami Dolphins (32)

Failing to come up short of earning their first win of 2019 on Sunday was frustrating for obvious reasons when it comes to the Miami Dolphins since this team could easily go winless, and no one would be shocked at all, but a least Week 7 turned out to be more exciting than expected.

When seeing how the two teams compared on paper, the Buffalo Bills seemed to be in for an easy win over their division rivals, especially since the Dolphins would be playing in a hostile environment on the road.

As Buffalo would end up learning, Miami actually found a way to make this game interesting, and even made it seem at times they were going to pull off what would have been the biggest upset of Week 7 before it all fell apart.

If the Dolphins can figure out a way to play this competitive moving forward, maybe there will be hope for this team to earn one or two wins before the regular season comes to an end.

But once again, as great as Ryan Fitzpatrick looked at times against the Bills, the Dolphins continue to waste time by not allowing Josh Rosen to gain the experience he clearly needs on offense.
