30. Washington Redskins (29)

Throwing Dwayne Haskins into the starting role against a tough defense in the Buffalo Bills was a difficult decision for the Washington Redskins, but hopefully the early experience will pay off for the rookie in the long run.

No one needs to explain just how disappointing of a season it’s been for the Redskins, and Sunday’s loss to the Bills just adds to the long list of reasons as to why.

Despite putting up a good fight for most of the game, it’s tough for any team to end up on the winning side when they go an entire contest without a single touchdown, which was exactly the case for the Redskins.

Even if the argument can be made that Washington hasn’t exactly put Haskins in the best position possible to succeed as a rookie, any extra experience at this point will be helpful for the long run.

Just because the Redskins used a first-round pick on the Ohio State product back in April doesn’t necessarily guarantee Haskins will be around for the long run since this team will have plenty of decisions to make in the offseason.

But as mentioned before, at least facing a tough defense in the Bills was a good opportunity for Haskins.
