25. Cleveland Browns (24)

Remember all of the hype surrounding the Cleveland Browns back in the offseason over being a legitimate Super Bowl contender in the AFC?

Acquiring Odell Beckham Jr. was supposed to take the Browns to new levels from a contender perspective, but after suffering their sixth loss of the year on Sunday to the Denver Broncos, this team most likely won’t even make the playoffs.

Plenty of factors are to blame behind the struggles in Cleveland, but nothing seems more frustrating than Baker Mayfield failing to live up to the high expectations.

After looking at the potential displayed as a rookie, this was supposed to be the year in which Mayfield took a major leap forward as a top quarterback in the NFL, especially with all of the weapons the former No. 1 pick would get to work with.

But if there’s anything to take away from this season for the Browns, it would be that Mayfield may not be the quarterback Cleveland thought they had, and may need to explore other options in the offseason.

This sounds crazy to even consider, but also this is how bad things have been in Cleveland throughout the 2019 season with only two wins to their name heading into Week 10.
