24. New York Jets (27)

For the second week in a row, the New York Jets managed to put up 34 points while earning the win in the process, which sadly should be considered a big deal.

A few weeks ago, there was plenty of concern surrounding the Jets, and whether the team would be better off without Adam Gase as their head coach.

Even if the argument could be made that Gase deserved some benefit of the doubt from early on in the year when Sam Darnold was dealing with mono, the concerns were still there from before after seeing how things previously worked out with the Miami Dolphins.

These last two wins certainly don’t make Gase off the hook for the way things have turned out in New York this season, but at least it’s better than nothing.

Also, it should be noted that Sunday’s win over the Washington Redskins came one week after defeating the New York Giants, meaning the Jets need to win against a legitimate contender before football fans are truly impressed.

With an upcoming meeting with the Oakland Raiders, this is the perfect opportunity for the Jets to show where they stand since Jon Gruden and company have been heating up at the right time in recent weeks.
