What to watch for when defending NCAA champions Clemson has the ball:

Clemson has a giant sized quarterback, both in terms of stature and in talent, in the likes of 6-foot-6 220 pound sophomore quarterback Trevor Lawrence. He loves to throw that ball, and will likely be aiming at his favorite target, 6-foot-4 215 pound senior wide receiver Tee Higgins. To balance out the offense, look for Clemson to try keeping LSU off balance by handing the ball off to 5-foot-10 210 pound junior running back Travis Etienne.

What to watch for when number 1 ranked LSU has the ball:

The LSU Fighting Tigers have a pretty good quarterback of their own, 6-foot-4 216 pound senior quarterback Joe Burrow.  His is the consensus top pick in the  2020 NFL Draft for good reason. LSU also runs a somewhat balanced offense. Look for 5-foot-8 209 pound junior running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire to get plenty of touches.  But when LSU needs a big play, look for 6-foot-1 200 pound sophomore wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase to be on the receiving end of a Borrow Bomb.
