Many homes enjoy more than one television. In fact, in many homes, the affordability and ease of installation of televisions have placed the device into many rooms in the home.  So what?  Well, there is a trick that you can employ. It takes a little bit of work, but it can truly amp up the gameday football experience.

Much like sports bars, the trick is to have multiple games available simultaneously. That allows you to follow the Rams, but also catch up on the progress of other games whenever the Rams break for commercials.  If you are limited, I recommend giving another video screen to the NFL Redzone. That program is dedicated to televising the NFL teams in scoring situations. If no imminent score is available, they will cover offensive drives, defensive stops, turnovers, kickoffs, and punts, virtually any game event

View while you eat

While we are on the topic of sports bars, why not take the plunge and set out a smorgasbord spread at a table, and then arrange your viewing so that you can view the game and dine-in place.  No, not a television tray. The real dining table, breakfast bar, or the diner booth options that have become a recent fad are all good options. If you have outfitted a bar at home, then that can be quickly converted into a football viewing experience.

Of course, introducing food and drink into the game watching experience complicates the design of game day viewing.   While the table-like concept of sports bars viewing dictates elevating screens, the option to watch on portable tailgating chairs keeps the lower screen options open. After all, it’s your day. These are simply options to help you make the most of it!
