Like a thief in the night
If the Rams can defend against the run (they will), it will be a very long evening for the Cowboys passing attack. If Prescott could not manage to connect with wide receivers in 2019, you can be he will struggle mightily this year against the Rams secondary. But who will be the first to pick him off.
Well, Prescott faced Troy Hill, Darious Williams, Taylor Rapp, and Jalen Ramsey in 2019. But he never faced John Johnson III. In their 2019 contest, he was 3-4 against Rapp, 3-4 against Williams, 1-1 against Ramsey, and 0-2 against Hill. It was clear in that contest that Prescott’s primary receiver was his slot receiver or tight end.

Now, with the disguised coverages, and Prescott working hard to read his keys with the new offense, this should be a lot of fun. Prescott can have bad games when he panics, and with so much lofty talk, he is ripe for a panic attack when he faces the Rams.
My odds are the John Johnson has a 50 percent chance of the first interception off Dak Prescott. Jalen Ramsey has a 33 percent chance of the first pick. Finally, Troy Hill has a 17 percent chance of the first INT. Who do you think gets the first interception of the season for the Rams against the Cowboys?
