LA Rams should call these 4 NFC teams about possible trade

Atlanta Falcons
The Atlanta Falcons need defensive help. But do they need to make a move now that they are 1-5? Or do they simply let a bad season run its course, wait for the NFL Draft, and start over? This offense has plenty of weapons, and with a team facing another sure-rebuild, the Falcons won’t have enough time to regroup for their veterans to play in an NFL Championship game.
So a well-timed phone call could pry a talented player or two from the Falcons roster. Although the state of the Falcons team is bleak, that roster has plenty of intriguing pieces. They have WR Julio Jones, G James Carpenter, C Alex Mack, and FS Ricardo Allen. Of that group, safety Allen would be a great player for roster depth with the Rams’ experiencing injury-related absences from rookie Jordan Fuller.
The core of their Corps
The biggest area that the Rams would be interested in would be the Falcons linebackers. They are fifth-year starter Deion Jones, and nine-year backup LaRor Reynolds. While Reynolds does not appear to give reason to raise an eyebrow, the Rams would benefit a great deal from a veteran linebacker who has a diverse background. While the Rams should inquire about any player they have an interest in, Don’t look for the Falcons to go completely bonkers.
At 6-foot-1 and 243-pounds, Reynolds is durable enough to manage the traffic that plows through the middle of any defense. With no apparent immediate impact, the Rams can offer a late 2022 pick for the benefit of rounding out the roster at the linebacking corps.
