V – Rams will need to score points
While there is a chance that the LA Rams defense can slow the Seahawks offense down a little, the offense cannot enter this game believing that their season average of 24.1 points per game wins anything. It won’t. In fact, that score may be a full touchdown shy of winning the game. So the LA Rams need to unload every trick, wrinkle, misdirection, and sleight of hand ruse in the offensive playbook in this one.
That means for all of the ‘run the ball’ cries this season, this is not the game to expect the Rams to rush the ball 40 times. The Rams cannot hold back. The team cannot even play it conservatively. This game is for all the marbles. And that means that quarterback Jared Goff brings his A-game.
No plan B may be just fine
The good thing is that many other quarterbacks have discovered that they do not need a plan B against the Seattle Seahawks. An A-game does just fine.
"I hope Jared Goff is hungry & brings a big appetite bc everybody gets to eat at the Seattle Buffett. Matt Ryan had 450 yards, Josh Allen had 415, Kyler had 360, Cam Newton threw for almost 400 against Seattle. So Jared Goff, Thanksgiving comes early for him." — @kevinwildes pic.twitter.com/oNfY2Zs3Kx

So far this season, the Seahawks rushing defense has been good enough. But it that pass defense that has failed to stop anyone or anything.
