4. Paris Ford S (Pittsburg)

In 2019, the University of Pittsburg safety Paris Ford was truly all over the field for the Panthers. The true junior is an aggressive, gritty type of safety who can stop the run and make tackles from sideline to sideline. His urgency is what makes him stand out as a draft prospect.

He had 97 total tackles and showed his all-around instinctive playstyle with three interceptions as well. With very good ball skills and freakish athleticism, this would create the most physical safety duo in the NFL by a wide margin having John Johnson by his side. And he hails from DL Aaron Donald’s Alma Mater.

In 2020, Ford played in seven games before opting out due to COVID-19 and to get ready for the NFL draft. He had 41 total tackles with three interceptions. Had he played a full college season, he would have been the best safety in the country. Ford improves with each snap. His work ethic is off the charts and loves the game. He would be a perfect fit for the Rams at 57. Standing 6-foot-0 and weighing in at190-pounds, he can play in the box as well as centerfield, essentially proving him to be a defensive spark for any team.

5. Dillon Radunz OT (NDSU)

This North Dakota State University redshirt senior stands 6-foot-5 and weighs 304-pounds. A true mauling finisher in the run game at the offensive tackle position. OT Dillon Radunz has great balance, raw strength, and off-the-charts athleticism.

He showed just that, putting up an outstanding performance in the 2021 Senior Bowl with winning the practice player of the week, improving his draft stock exponentially. This pick would mostly benefit upcoming second-year running back Cam Akers. Andrew Whitworth is 39 years old and is at the end of the road of his excellent hall of fame career.

While the LA Rams had slid Joseph Noteboom in when Whitworth was absent, there could be room for competition. Radunz would be a perfect replacement and the young tackle would protect veteran quarterback Matt Stafford.
