Predictions for LA Rams 8 top free agents this year
By Bret Stuter
The LA Rams seem to flourish when nobody can figure out what the team is up to. So here we go again? Well, perhaps. And then again, perhaps not. The LA Rams certainly have some promising additions who are on the roster now and are expected to make significant contributions. Of course, those rookies are split between offense and defense.
Once more, it appears as though the defense will bear the brunt of expiring contracts. Right now, it appears as though five of the eight most vital players preparing for the NFL Free Agency market will be on the defensive side of the ball. While that will most certainly pull the attention of the team to restocking the roster on defense, what about the players who are getting older on offense?
Amidst the familiarity of having been here before, there is a pang of anxiety wrestling with enthusiasm. After all, change is exciting at the possibilities. It’s that hopeful anticipation that causes restlessness in children on Christmas Eve, creates knots in the stomaches of the betrothed before they stand before an altar and speak their wedding vows.
Not knowing allows a person to create whatever future they so choose – as high and accomplished as possible, or as low and filled with ruination as feared. Somewhere between the two extremes lies the reality. And here we all stand, gazing down the dark path at the upcoming NFL Free Agency market, wondering what the LA Rams might do as it arrives.
We did a breakdown of the top ten LA Rams Free Agents in 2020, and we actually ended up predicting with some degree of accuracy, five out of the ten were correct. Buoyed by that success, or lulled into overconfidence, we’d like to try our hand at this again.
