Crafty cornerback

If the LA Rams want to draft a competent starter for the 2021 NFL season, they are well-served to meet with the University of Washington’s DB Elijah Molden. He’s one of the best cornerbacks in this class, and that is truly saying something. It’s a deep and talented draft class. Standing 5-foot-10 and weighing 190-pounds, Molden gives tremendous ball defense skills.

He is truly a plug-n-play candidate. While not blessed with blazing speed, he has great football field quickness. He is a worthy secondary prospect for day two of the draft.

light. Must Read. How much do NFL head coaches make – including LA Rams McVay?

Swiss army knife Atwell

If your heart is set on the need-for-speed, then you need to look no further than Louisville outside wide receiver Tutu Atwell. A.k.a Chatarius Atwell, Tutu is a blazing speed demon. As such, he can be an immediate impact player for an NFL team as a receiver, as a ball carrier, as a kick returner, as a punt returner, or as a gunner on kickoffs or punts. He is just 5-foot-9 and weighs 165-pounds, so he will be more of a specialty package player than a three-down type.

The LA Rams are clearly thinking about a young man with blazing speed to take over if DeSean Jackson is off the field. Atwell would certainly fit that role, as well as other roles for the Rams rather quickly.

So how do the meetings break out with the latest additions in terms of where prospects are projected on a per draft round basis?
