The LA Rams continue to advance through the 2021 NFL Draft as the team sought another talented rookie to pair up their 57th choice.  Perhaps an offensive center to join that talented rookie speedster.

Of course, there is a waging debate about their first choice of the 2021 NFL Draft.  I love the fit of the new addition Tutu Atwell’s speed to the team’s roster. It’s just that the selection was the most valuable pick in the LA Rams draft arsenal, and I am not alone in thinking that the Rams panicked and grabbed him 1-2 rounds prematurely.

And with the LA Rams staring down at offensive center Quinn Meinerz and linebacker Jabril Cox, the Rams answered the phone with their division rival and agreed to trade the 88th pick (value 150) for the 117 (value 60) and 121 picks (value 52) in the fourth round. That appears to be a deep discount to the divisional rival San Francisco 49ers.

The Rams current picks are now:

57 – WR Tutu Atwell
103
117
121
141
209
252

And with that trade, the Rams have increased their number of draft picks to seven picks.  And they have moved to three picks in round four, the round that I expected the Rams to move into heavily.

Now the Rams have seven picks. Will that be enough? That is hard to say
