DB Harris

If there was any single undrafted player whose chances appear to be very good to make the team simply from the lack of competition, DB Brontae Harris is probably that player. I like this guy, for many reasons. First of all, he was the only cornerback added to the roster after Robert Rochell, and there were plenty of talented players to sort through.

He is 5-foot-10 and 190-pounds. A bit on the lightish side, but nothing dramatically out of whack. He had a college career of being too aggressive on pass plays with too many paddy-fingers against opposing receivers, and too little aggression on running plays where he would avoid contact with a running back who had gotten up a head of steam. That no longer appears to be the case.

With so little attention levied upon this young man, folks are missing several fun factoids. First of all, he is a solid follow on Twitter at @Brontae_2.  Secondly, he is sponsoring his first free Community Cleanup/Football Camp in Colony Alabama on July 10, 2021. Finally, there is a building buzz of excitement about him from his performance at the LA Rams OTAs.

He has already sought out the likes of veteran Darious Williams and will benefit from everything that Williams can teach him.
