Rams Injury Report vs Broncos Week 3

The following Rams players have been ruled out for today’s game against the Denver Broncos: Nick Scott (out), Robert Rochell (questionable), Trishton Jackson (questionable), Tremayne Anchrum (questionable).

The LA Rams will sit their starters plus again, up to 35 players once more. Rookie WR Ben Skowronek will not play due to a fractured forearm. The punting duties will be handled exclusively by Corey Bojorquez, as Johnny Hekker remains on the reserve/COVID-19 list under quarantine. DB Nick Scott practiced this week in a knee brace. He will likely remain inactive for the preseason game, but expectations are that he could be ready for the season opener.

OLB Terrell Lewis is back to practicing. That’s good because Ogbonnia Okoronkwo is suffering from an injury that has raised some concerns. Also, A’Shawn Robinson had undergone a knee procedure and will be out several weeks.

Darrell Henderson Injury Update

While he was never expected to play in the preseason, Darrell Henderson did practice this week in a red jersey (non-contact). His status continues to be day-to-day. Fortunately, with the LA Rams trading for running back Sony Michel, the pressure to rush Henderson back to playing status has lessened. Don’t look for Michel to handle any carries in this one. He will be kept on the shelf until the season opener.

Rams vs. Broncos Odds and Betting Pick Preseason Week 3

WynnBET’s Preseason Week 3 NFL odds have the Broncos favored by 8.5 points on the road. With the LA Rams sitting their starters to face the Denver Broncos, and the fact that the Broncos have decimated their opponents in their first two preseason games, the line on this game is one of the largest spreads of the weekend.

But the Broncos have settled in on quarterback Teddy Bridgewater as the starter, and this game should be a battle of depth charts. Rams quarterback Bryce Perkins has shown rapid improvement in command of the Rams offense.  We predict that the Rams will cover the spread, and will lose by a score of 20-17 at Empower Field.
