Best LA Rams prop bets for Week 5 (part III)

  • Bet No. 4

LA Rams to win NFC West (+170)

The LA Rams are in a dead heat to win the NFC West with the Arizona Cardinals based on the latest odds. But here’s the thing. After an embarrassing loss to the Cardinals, the Cardinals are at their popularity peak and the Rams are at their lowest point. Now is the time to jump on this team.

Okay, so this is not exactly a prop bet. But the timing is now to get good odds. If the team wins in Week 5 and the Arizona Cardinals fall to the San Francisco 49ers, the Rams will become the favorite to win the NFC West once more.

Jump on these odds while they last.

  • Bet No. 5

LA Rams to win Over 11.0 games (-125)

The team is currently nine games away from twelve wins, the number I expect will be needed in a 17 game season to earn a playoff berth. Do you think that this team will fail to make the playoffs this year? I don’t.

Sure, the team has lost one game. But after this one? They travel to face the New York Giants, host the Detroit Lions, and travel to take on the Houston Texans. Two more road games but the Rams should win all three. That means, theoretically, a win in Week 5 could begin a four-game winning streak for the Rams, reducing that magic number to five with nine games remaining.

That is far better than doable.

Of course, the opponents stiffen significantly later in the season. But this roster should continue to steadily improve as well. Assuming that they will at least split their remaining four NFC West games, can they find three wins against the Tenessee Titans, the Green Bay Packers, the Minnesota Vikings, the Baltimore Ravens, and the Jacksonville Jaguars? I believe the answer is yes.
