Roster additions

Two promotions from the practice squad meant two new slots to fill. And the LA Rams wasted absolutely no time in doing so. So who did the Rams add?

Both players are onboard and familiarizing themselves with the LA Rams organization. So it only seems fair that we reciprocate and familiarize ourselves with the two latest additions to the team’s practice squad.

The Rams promoted a running back and a defensive back from the practice squad, so it is a bit intriguing that the team went the route of adding a defensive back and a tight end to the practice squad roster.

Of course, as has been the effort of the Rams front office, each new player added in 2021 seems to have had a higher weighting of how that player performed on special teams during their NFL career, and these two signings continue in that direction.

But the Rams have also stepped away from rookies this time, and have added players who already have a bit of a track record in the NFL so far. In Grant Haley, the Rams have found a player with three years of NFL experience. In Jared Pinkney, the Rams signed a player with a year’s experience on an NFL team’s practice squad. Now, what else can we tell you about them?
