Is Darious Williams down for the count too?
The most damaging blow of Week 18 may be the uncertainty of whether Williams will be able to suit up for the game against the Arizona Cardinals. While the loss of Fuller is bad enough, combining his absence with that of starting cornerback Darious Williams is a horrific blow to a Rams defense that clearly struggled in Week 18.
If he is out, that will be a crippling potential loss of three starters in the secondary to compensate for. That’s a huge challenge to overcome in the regular season. But for the NFL Playoffs, in a win-or-go-home setting? It could signal an early out for the team.
Further injury to monitor in Rams secondary, cornerback Darious Williams is going to be further evaluated for a shoulder injury, Sean McVay says he'll keep updated.

Now, they are not the only players to be dinged up in the season finale. A number of players emerged with bumps, bruises, and aches and pains.
My oh my Matthew too?
Of course, anyone brave enough to watch Week 18 saw quarterback Matthew Stafford come out of a play hobbling as well. Is that a concern for Wildcard Weekend too?
Sean McVay allowed that he would do things differently in that final offensive sequence (before 49ers scored to tie). He broke the news that Matthew Stafford was dealing with a toe issue suffered earlier in the game that affected what they perhaps would have tried in their action

So in our post-game injury assessment, we can state the following:
DB Jordan Fuller – OUT
QB Matthew Stafford – OK
DB Darious Williams – TBD
DB Taylor Rapp – Concussion Protocol
So who else do the LA Rams have in reserve? Who is on the LA Rams depth chart who can come in and play?
