It’s the San Francisco 49ers taking on the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Championship Game.  So who you got? The Niners? Or the LA Rams? If you have been following NFL pundits, they have been all over the board throughout the NFL Playoffs. It’s not easy to forecast winners.

Good Morning Football co-host Peter Schrager has made a lot of headlines recently. He has been that ‘lone voice’ that has been supportive of the San Francisco 49ers when they traveled to reveal the Dallas Cowboys as a team resting atop a molehill. He correctly predicted a 49ers upset win. (He wasn’t alone).

He was at it once more the following week, when he was one of the few who expected the San Francisco 49ers to upset the Green Bay Packs, despite the sub-freezing temperatures in Lambeau Field. (He wasn’t alone in that one either)

Once more, Peter Schrager’s crystal ball appears to have the power of Mordor driving it. Has he somehow gotten his hands on one of the Palantiri, the Scrying Stones from Middle Earth? So there can be no cries of bias, no claims of homerism, right?

Who does Peter Schrager predict to win this week?

Well, he’s back to prognosticating once more. But this time, he envisions the LA Rams emerging as the NFC Champion.

Funny thing is, he did so nearly six months ago.

If you go back to his pre-season predictions, he truly did foretell a Super Bowl LVI with the opponents lining up as the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Rams. And who did he predict as the winners of the game? Who does he believe will hoist the Lombardi Trophy?

Right now, the LA Rams have a 25 percent chance at being that ultimate winner. But in Peter Schrager’s predictions, the Rams organization’s chances are much greater than that?  Is he correct?  Well, he ‘feels’ like he could be. And he’s been spot on so far. So there’s that, right?
